Conference “Practice of Concluding and Implementing EPC- and EPCM-Contracts in Russia” concludes

The conference, hosted by Ost Legal in conjunction with insurance broker “Malakut,” was the first major event in Russia to be devoted to ЕРС (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and ЕРСМ (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) contracts. Vladimir Lipavsky, Managing Partner at Ost Legal, delivered a presentation on: “EPC and EPCM contractual models – main features and differences.”

The conference featured the participation of representatives from some of the leading Russian and foreign companies: Sibur–Holding, SUEK, Rosneft, Metalloinvest, Inter RAO UES, OGK-5, OGK-6, OGK-3, TGK-4, TGK-6, TGK-8, Technopromexport, Е4, Washington International Group, Poyry Energy, and many others. The conference was attended by a total of 102 participants from 58 companies.
