Vladimir Lipavsky participates in TNK-BP training on the implementation of construction projects

On 22-24 April, the Milan office of the international engineering company Foster Wheeler hosted training for TNK-BP employees. The main topics of the discussion were issues related to the implementation of construction projects according to the ЕРС and ЕРС Open Book models. Within the scope of the training, Ost Legal Partner Vladimir Lipavsky delivered a number of presentations. Vladimir spoke about the typical conflicts that arise in the course of the implementation of ЕРС-projects, and about the terms of ЕРС contracts that demand particular attention at the time of contract conclusion. The participants had a group discussion, summarized the lessons learned and experience gained working with EPC in Russia and prospects for joining forces, and reviewed the terms of effective partnership under the performance of “turnkey” projects.
