Vladimir Lipavsky delivers a series of lectures for Rosatom specialists on the topic of full-cycle construction contracts

Vladimir Lipavsky, Managing Partner at Ost Legal, has delivered a series of lectures for Rosatom specialists on full-cycle construction contracts.

The training took place within the scope of a one-day seminar at the Rosatom Corporate Academy. The seminar explored such issues as contractual strategy and choosing the type and form of ЕРС and ЕРС(М) – engineering contracts, procurement contracts and long-term maintenance contracts. Particular attention was paid to practical recommendations on conducting negotiations and striking the right balance of interests across the key terms of construction contracts.
