Ost Legal consults MOESK

Ost Legal participated in open, competitive negotiations – without a preliminary qualifying round – for the right to conclude a framework agreement on the provision of legal and consulting services for MOESK OJSC. Based on the results of the negotiations, OST Legal made the short-list of MOESK consultants and concluded an agreement on the provision of legal services with the company.

Moscow United Electric Grid Company (MOESK) OJSC is Russia’s largest interregional grid distribution company. MOESK OJSC serves consumers in Moscow and Moscow Region. Its core businesses are services involving the transmission of electric power to consumers and the performance of technological connections to the power grids.
