Ost Legal is consulting E.ON Russia (previously – OGK-4) on certain legal issues related to the implementation of investment projects involving the construction of new generating capacities based on the Berezovskaya SDPP. Ost Legal had previously provided consulting for the Shatura SDPP, Surgut SDPP and Yaivinskaya SDPP.

E.ON Russia was formed in 2005 on the basis of five different power plants. The company is comprised of Surgut SDPP-2, Berezovskaya SDPP, Shatura SDPP, Smolensk SDPP and Yaivinskaya SDPP, with a total power-output capacity of 10,345 MW. Yet another branch of E.ON Russia – Berezovskaya SDPP Heating Systems – is responsible for supplying heat to consumers in Berezovskaya SDPP’s region of operation.
