Vladimir Lipavsky delivers a presentation at the IV International Forum ENES 2015

On 19-20 November, Moscow hosted the Fourth International Forum on Energy Efficiency and Energy Development – ENES 2015, organized by the RF Ministry of Energy. The event featured the participation of representatives from the business community, government agencies and scientific-expert organizations. Discussions at the forum centered on the most critical issues associated with the paths to development of the energy industry, the solution of pressing problems, and the sharing of cutting-edge experience.
