Ost Legal consults on a project for the major overhaul of the Afipka Oil Refinery

Ost Legal is serving as the legal consultant in a massive project being implemented in connection with the conclusion of an ЕРС-contract for the major overhaul of the Afipka Oil Refinery by the Neftegazindustriya Group. Ost Legal’s services included the drafting of the respective ЕРС-contract and consulting in the course of negotiations with foreign contractors.
