Project involving the construction of a synthetic-fiber plant in Ivanovo Region, receiving legal support from Ost Legal, approved by the VEB Supervisory Board

A RUB ~20 bln project involving the construction of a synthetic-fiber plant in Vichuga, Ivanovo Region, receiving legal support from Ost Legal, has been approved by the Vnesheconombank Supervisory Board. The next phase – actual construction of the plant.

The project was structured and organized over the course of the past five years. The Ost Legal team, comprised of Vladimir Lipavsky and Vadim Fogel, prepared the draft contracts for the development of design documentation, the supply of primary equipment and general contracting, and also provided legal support in negotiations over conclusion of the aforementioned contracts with companies from Germany and the Czech Republic.
