Ost Legal provides legal support for an agreement on the construction by Rosatom Group companies of a windfarm complex

Ost Legal provided legal support for the conclusion of a set of contracts on the construction by Rosatom Group companies of windfarms with a total generating capacity of over 610 MW.

Over the course of December, a whole series of contracts was signed in connection with a massive project in the wind-power industry: the construction by Rosatom Group of several windfarms with a total generating capacity of 610 MW, as well as a plant for the production of wind turbines in the Russian Federation. The techno logical partner is the Dutch company Lagerwey.

The Ost Legal team, consisting of Vladimir Lipavsky and Gulnara Nastrutdinova, consulted in connection with the conclusion of a supply contract for turbine components, a contract for the “turnkey” construction of turbines, and a consultancy agreement.
