Vadim Tsvetkov participates in the Russian Arbitration Center’s roundtable “Methods for the Settlement of Construction Disputes: Current Issues”

Vadim Tsvetkov took part in the Russian Arbitration Center’s roundtable “Methods for the Settlement of Construction Disputes: Current Issues,”where he delivered the presentation “Influence of a project’s critical path in determining fault among the parties to a construction contract.”

The roundtable was geared towards specialists in the construction field, members of the academic community and business. Roundtable speakers included the leading attorneys practicing in the area of construction disputes.
