New White Paper on ЕРС- and ЕРС(М)-contracts

It’s been four years since the publication of our first “White Paper” on the structuring, conclusion and performance of ЕРС- and ЕРС(М)-contracts. Despite its highly-specialized focus, the publication was met with tremendous success – a thousand printed copies and over a thousand electronic copies found their readers. The enthusiastic reception has inspired us to release a new edition of the “White Paper,” including a number of previous articles, plus additional and reworked articles along with some brand new materials. As before, the publication rests on our practical experience consulting on major projects in electric power, the oil & gas industry, the nuclear-power industry, microelectronics, the chemical industry and civil construction. We hope that it will help Russian companies conclude more lucrative contracts and avoid incurring losses at the stage of their performance.
