Ost Legal attorneys consult “Intertechelectro – New Generation” in the course of a transaction involving the attraction of EUR 180 mln in export credits

The “Intertechelectro – New Generation” Group has closed a deal involving the attraction of a total of more than EUR 180 mln in export credits. The credits were extended by the Czech Export Bank and guaranteed by the Czech Export Agency (EGAP). Ost Legal consulted the borrower in the course of discussions on the terms and conclusion of the credit agreement, as well as on the drafting of the respective security documents.
