Ost Legal consults Russian Helicopters OJSC in the signing of an agreement with India’s Vectra Group

At the Farnborough Airshow, Russian Helicopters OJSC and India’s Vectra Group signed a shareholders’ agreement in connection with their creation of a joint venture. The joint venture is intended for the servicing of “Mi” helicopters in operation in India, as well as for the broader promotion of Russian helicopters on the Indian market. Ost Legal participated in the drafting of the shareholders’ agreement and provided further consulting to Russian Helicopters OJSC in connection with the deal.
