Set of contractual documentation developed for Sibur–Holding OJSC

As contracted by Sibur–Holding OJSC, Ost Legal has developed a set of standard contracts, including an ЕРСМ (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) contract, a supply contract for sophisticated technological equipment, and a contract for the performance of a range of design-and-survey work (DSW).
