Ost Legal attorneys consult on a project involving construction of the “Molzhaninovka” combined-cycle power plant

Ost Legal is consulting on a project involving construction of the phase-one “Molzhaninovka” GTPP (CCGT) – a generating unit with an installed capacity of 220-260 MW. It is anticipated that construction will be funded on the basis of project financing using funds borrowed from State Corporation “Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Activity (Vnesheconombank).” The services being provided by Ost Legal include participating in the drafting of contractual documentation, consulting over the course of the conclusion of project-related contracts and providing legal opinions.
