For more than 20 years, Ivan has been providing legal support for the operations of Russia’s leading industrial enterprises and financial-industrial groups on issues related to corporate governance, asset management, construction and reconstruction, subsoil use and the environment.
The many clients that Ivan has consulted include: RUSAL JSC, State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, “UNCOMTECH” Trading Company LLC, USM Holdings, E.ON Engineering LLC (now – Unipro Engineering), Highland Gold Mining Limited, AFIPKA NPZ LLC, and others.
Earlier, Ivan was a partner at a Russian law firm and headed the legal departments of ROSATOM’s Mining Division and the Bratsk Aluminum Plant OK RUSAL.
