Konstantin consults Russian and foreign clients on issues of international trade and structured financing and represents client interests within the scope of litigation under international commercial arbitration.
The many clients that Konstantin has consulted include: E.ON Engineering LLC (now – Unipro Engineering), AFIPKA NPZ LLC, ONGC, TNK-BP, Inter RAO UES.
Education: Department of International Law at the Law School of the Far Eastern State University, Central European University (Department of International Business Law, Budapest, Hungary), T.M.C. Asser Institute, Asser College Europe (graduate study in International Trade and Business Law, International Commercial Arbitration and the Law of the European Union – The Hague, Netherlands). Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M. in International Business Law).
