The opportunity to be guided by the exact same principles in both work and sport lent impetus to the creation of our racing team, which takes part in top-tier regattas \u2013 including the world and European championships.<\/p>\n

The team\u2019s main focus is match racing \u2013 <\/h2>\n

\n one of yachting\u2019s most thrilling disciplines in which rivals compete head-to-head. Aside from match racing, Ost Legal Sailing also participates in the traditional fleet racing, and since 2016 \u2013 in the National Sailing League.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Ost Legal Sailing was officially founded in 2015, and since that time, the team has achieved impressive results.<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n

In 2016, the team continued its successful performance, winning a number of match-racing competitions both in Russia and abroad and taking \u201csilver\u201d in the Russian Championship in the \u201cMK\u201d class, although Ost Legal Sailing was primarily focused in 2016 on the National Sailing League<\/a><\/strong>.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

In 2015, the team won the European Championship in match racing, followed by the ISAF Nations Cup \u2013 one of the most prestigious match-racing regattas at the world championship level. Based on the year\u2019s results, the team skipper, Vladimir Lipavsky, was nominated for the \u201c2015 Yachtsman of the Year\u201d award.\n <\/div>\n

All of the country\u2019s most formidable yachtsmen take part in the competition.
