For more than 15 years, Gulnara has been providing legal consulting in the areas of industrial construction, energy, corporate law and real estate. Before joining Ost Legal, Gulnara worked at a leading Russian bar association, one of the Big-4 consulting companies and at an energy holding.
Gulnara consults international and Russian clients – primarily from the energy and construction sectors: E.ON Engineering LLC (now – Unipro Engineering LLC), Unipro PJSC, Rusatom Energy International JSC, Power Machines JSC, Dalenergomost, Salavatneftekhimremstroy JSC, M+W Group, UES Center for Engineering and Construction Management, NovaWind JSC, and others.
Gulnara has authored a number of legal publications in both Russian and foreign law journals.
Education: Department of Law at Novosibirsk State University, Russian School of Private Law under the President of the Russian Federation (Institute), Hague Academy of International Law (Netherlands, major – International Private Law). Proficient in English.
